RESULTS ARE IN !!!

Katie underwent her PET SCAN on Monday, today we were given the results..... Doctor Manges stated that it is SAFE to say she is in REMISSION! This news came at just the right time.

Katie is still having some side effects from the treatments. As you know they removed lymph nodes in her armpit area. This is know causing some edema ( swelling) in her arm. So they are looking into fitting her for a compression sleeve. This should help reduce the edema .

She will be having her post removed in May.

I would personally like to thank each of you for your support and love throughout this past year. It was great to have people there fighting for her on the days she didn't feeling like fighting for herself.
